• Comment: This is the first time only one technician cleaned my carpet. I was told certain furniture would be moved. Two people are more efficient in moving furniture. The job can be done twice as fast with two people thus being in my home a shorter length of time and perhaps being able to service more customers in the day. Also, the second person could be a novice and receive training.
