Comment: Good morning. My additional comments would be the technicians arrived early (without any call from Dalworth like I was promised 30 minutes beforehand). Also, I purchased the standard service but the technician had that I had purchased the economy service. I had already moved everything that needed to be moved, but I really just wanted my carpets dried so I didn't have to wait a long time, and that is why I paid for the standard service. I had to pull up my original e-mail to indeed prove that I had ordered that service. They were very quick and efficient, but the only thing I wasn't happy with are two quarter inch by quarter inch small chunks taken out of my furniture. It is right in front but it was upstairs and not something I notice until they left and I started putting things back in place hours later. It would very much renew my faith in your company if I could have this fixed. Also, I have put yes for the same technicians, but I honestly believe you probably have many good people that can perform a carpet cleaning service.
