• Comment: The coffee spill seemed to have been removed but when the carpet dried, some of the stain remained. Dalworth came out the following day and cleaned that area again and this time the stain was removed. No cost or complaint about returning...Dalworth wanted to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction, and it was. I had had no idea what a bad stain coffee can be (because of the oils in it). Don't spill coffee!
