• Comment: I scheduled service online. I subsequently received phone messages that the time slot I selected was not available. When I tried to return the call and left messages (at least twice), I never received a call back. When I did finally call and speak to a representative, she said there was no problem with my originally seleced time and she didn't know why I would have received the previous messages about needing to select another day/time. Service technician arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and did an excellent job.
