Comment: I received an email declaring there were still dates available BEFORE Thanksgiving, if I action was taken then. I decided I wanted to do that. I rated the online order service as "poor" because it somehow changed the date I requested. I requested Tuesday, November 21, but it scheduled for Tuesday, November 28. (There was a cheaper price available on Monday, November 27 and if I wanted your services AFTER Thanksgiving, I would have definitely selected that date.) Granted, I failed to notice the scheduled date in my confirmation email, until I called to find out when they were coming. I so appreciated that "Jenny" was EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING, NICE AND HELPFUL in finding someone who could come on Wednesday morning. "Bobby" came, on time, and couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. You also discounted my bill and provided a free enzyme treatment, for my inconvenience. WOW!!! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We will call Jenny again to schedule Bobby, every time!!!
