• Comment: The technician was very pleasant and efficient, and the carpet looked great when the job was finished. My only complaint was the length of time required for it to dry. I was told that i could purchase an extra service for "maximum extraction" which would allow for faster drying. As far as I am concerned, this should be a routine part of service, to extract all the liquid possible to avoid having to walk on the carpet and spoiling the look of the good job done. Other than this, I was happy with the service.
