• Comment: My technician was on his phone the entire time. I am pretty sure even when I was paying the person was still on the line waiting. He was talking through his bluetooth earpiece. Even though he was early, seemed knowledgeable, and polite, it just really put a bad taste that he was talking the whole time. At first I thought maybe he was talking to himself since it was quiet, muffled, and in another language. I wish Dalworth had a policy regarding phone usage inside clients homes while performing services.
