I really appreciate Sam's kind and friendly attitude. He was thorough in all explanations and answered all of my questions. He was very professional yet so sweet with my little baby. My carpets look brand new - even though I had several dog related stains.
Thankfully Alex clarified this when I was on the phone scheduling another service, but the website needs to indicate the time slots as arrival time. This is not clear and I originally believed it to be the time the service was started & completed. -
