• Comment: I was disappointed with the end result, but that is probably because of my unreasonable expectations. My biggest complaint was waiting an extra 15 minutes for the technician to arrive and then waiting for him to complete a technology upgrade on his phone which was required before he could get to work. 15 minutes is not that long unless you consider the 30 minute window he had in which to arrive.
