• Comment: Bobby was our technician. Our arrival window was 10-12 and Bobby arrived closer to 10. He mentioned that he has worked in this industry almost 29 years and Bobby’s experience showed. He completed all the work in less than 3 hours. I attempted to help move fans around to help in the drying of time and Bobby wouldn’t have it. He didn’t want me to feel like I was working when it was his job. I appreciated Bobby’s kind gesture and customer service. He did great work and we would ask for Bobby to be out technician again next year when we schedule our annual cleaning. Thank you!
