• Comment: Although there were a few stubborn stains that didn't come out, this technician did a much better job toverall han the technician I'd had the past two times (who I was completely satisfied with at the time, by the way). This young man (Alfonzo?) was very detail oriented, polite and explained everything in detail (the other technician didn't do any explaining of enzyme treatments or ask me how old the carpet was, etc. which this guy took the time to do beforehand) but again, that was not necessary, I suppose, but I appreciated him taking the time to give me that information. This technician also took a little bit longer than the last two times to perform the service but the results were better so I feel he was just more thorough and someone who takes pride in his work. Such a good employee for you guys! He was friendly with my dog (the reason we have to have the carpets cleaned so often!). Just overall so nice to deal with and the best Dalworth experience yet! Hope I get him next time!
