• Comment: The technicians were awesome and went above and beyond my expectations. Very courteous and informative. The office staff did not keep me informed about the techs' late arrival on the first day. My expected arrival time was 12-2, I called the office at 1:45 and was told by the office staff the techs were on their way and would be there by 2:00. The technicians did not arrive until 2:45. Technicians apologized for their late arrival and explained the situation with running late from their last job. Also, when I set up the appointment I was told there was no specials running for duct cleaning and rarely were there any specials for this particular service. I received a coupon in the mail today from a weekly coupon mailer, and there was an advertised coupon for duct cleaning. I found that very disappointing.
