• Comment: I wish the website could have informed me that the tech would be here for about 6 hours. Previously, I had 2 techs and they were done in abt 2 hrs I had to cancel plans for the afternoon because of the length of service with only 1 tech. He did a great job, especially on the tile floors. Next time, I will use the phone and specifically ask for how long the service will take.
