• Comment: Jay and Seth were prompt, courteous, and careful. They did a nice job, but I didn't get the entire premium-level service I had ordered and paid for, such as moving (moveable) furniture, especially around pet-stained areas, which I also paid for. Nor did we do a post-cleaning walk-around. In their defense, I think Dalworth under-estimated the size of the job, although you've been here many times. However, Kermit and Mike came back today and very quickly addressed the missed areas, which I greatly appreciate. So overall, I'm pleased and I'll see you again.
