• Comment: I didn't actually have any cleaning done, they came out to see if they could improve the problem with my wood floors. They couldn't. I was informed of the cost of the test area before they started, and they said they would credit the amount to any future service I would have done, but it was disappointing to pay the money for the test area when it didn't help. I understand. They came out and did work, even though it didn't help, and I do plan on using Dalworth for cleaning in the near future. RA
