• Comment: You guys did a fantastic job from my first call with questions, to completion of the work. My mother died in November and I am getting her house ready to sale. Your sales representative was the most caring professional I have encountered in a long, long time! I don't recall his name but I wish I did so you could thank him. Jeff Repass came out to test the cleaner on the floors. The wood floors had a wax build up on it from years of Mop n Glow use. He was also very nice, on time, and professional. I understand you are one of the few companies that will even try to remove wax build up. I was afraid we would need to replace the floors prior to selling. Fortunately the cleaning worked and now the wood floors look great an will enhance the listing! Harold, the man who did the cleaning, was also very impressive and did a great job. He was there all day and hand scrubbed the wax around the baseboards. I have used Dalworth for carpet cleaning before, but was pleased with the overall job at my mother's house which included carpet, tile, and our problematic wood. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job!
