• Comment: for the first time we had need of having the carpets dry almost immediately so the technician chose a different process than normal to clean our carpets. I did notice that there were spots that are usually picked up by the normal process of cleaning that were left right along the kitchen border. I was not home at the time to accept however my husband did so I went with itbut usually do not have that problem
