• Comment: The phone customer service rep was awesome! He was thorough, understanding of my situation, and followed-up with me just like he promised. I wrote down his name, but hate I don't have it handy. He presented a very professional disposition, was knowledgeable, and represented the company well.
  
  Our technician Monty was great also! He was on-time; thoroughly explained the process; provided helpful information on carpet care; and, had me inspect his work. Every area was cleaned thoroughly and looked really nice. I almost didn't want to walk on it because it looked so nice and clean. Anyhow, you could tell both gentlemen loved their job and the company they work for. They represented your company very well. Dalworth should be very proud of them.
