- Comment: Technician Jose B was prompt, courteous, informative. In spite of having ample opportunity to push for upgraded services, he was polite, professional and thorough. I feel the customer service provided by a company is what makes or breaks a sale. Although I received a flyer the same day with a lower price for the same services, I will call Dalworth again because of the customer service given by Jose B. Please commend him for his professionalism.
