• Comment: Monty was a bit late due to traffic—but I was notified ahead of time. Not a problem.
  And Monty more than made up for any inconvenience with his attitude. He greeted my dogs warmly (after he greeted me).
  Then e went to work. He made a suggestion that cost me a little more, but I feel it was worth it.
  He called me in at one point to show me the difference between where he was finished and where he’d not, so I could see the difference between the old dirty carpet. He did an excellent job. When I call to have my carpets cleaned next time, I’ll be requesting him.
  He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I am so glad to have had him do the work.
