• Comment: Crew called before arrival, arrived early within the scheduled window. Crew introduced themselves, made a quick check of premises and explained one upgrade option; did not hard sell. Accepted heave clean for one area; price was reasonable. Crew worked quickly, explained what they were doing and how to protect the area after they left, estimated drying time, etc. Raking step was new to me, but it left the area fluffed and uniform. I could tell the day after when I vacuumed that the carpet was standing firmer, was harder for the vacuum to brush through. Great crew, good work; fair price; will use again.
