• Comment: I specifically requested Brian Marshall because he's been in our home before. He really knows his carpet, as he said - he reads carpets.
  I had a spot created by a puppy dog that Brian worked and worked and worked on. The stain has been there for several years, and while it's not 100% it looks much better than it did. Brian used everything he could to remove the stain....so I feel that if he couldn't remove it, then no one could. The stain is much less noticable so I am very pleased. I also had my tile floor cleaned because I'm no longer comfortable on my hands and knees doing it myself. Worth every penny!
