- Comment: The only thing I didn't like was the fact that water leaked on my floors during the process. I guess it is not easy to keep that from happening but the technician cleaned it up as fast as he could. Also I thought the stains on the NEW carpet would've come out better than it did. Yes, stain cleaner and pet protectant was applied, I believe.
