  The issue is your equipment/chemicals doesn’t seem to have the ability to remove tough stains. I have used your competitors in the past and they are able to remove these same tough stains.
  
  Overall disappointed in the outcome
  
  Plus $500 to clean a brown rug (not oriental) is high but I have no choice (we are moving) and y’all pick it up tomorrow.
