• Comment: Initially, I found the technician to be offensive. When I ordered the service I made sure I told them the carpet was 30 years old. He certainly had no problem with his certicisim of the carpet. Also, I understand that their job is to up sell. However, I felt that his priority was up selling and not cleaning the carpet. I have new carpet in a portion of the home which he was also critical of and there is nothing wrong with the carpet. He explained to me several times on how I should complete this survey and rate him,Monty, with all excellent marks. I think I'm capable of filling out a survey and rating the service I received. Finally, I would use Dalworth again because he did a very good job cleaning 30 year old carpet. However, I would not like for Monty to return to my home. His social skills need work. Thank you.
