• Comment: We ordered two services. The first was for carpet and furniture cleaning. The second was for duct cleaning. Both were scheduled for the same day. The carpet cleaning was scheduled in the morning. The duct cleaning was scheduled for the afternoon. They were both scheduled by the young man wilh whom I was speaking. The schedule should have been reversed with ducts cleaned first. I did not know this. The carpet was still wet when the service person came to clean the ducts. After discussion with him we decided not to do the duct cleaning because of the wet carpet. I was still charged the $20.00 scheduling fee for the duct cleaning.
