• Comment: Harold was our service technician. And, we can't tell what a pleasure, and a treasure for you all, he is and represents your company with the highest responsibility and professionalism. I was late (due to a child emergency) and your telephone technician and Harold were so understanding and adjusted schedules to meet my schedule. He took his time and was very thorough. The job done was phenomenal!
