• Comment: Difficulty trying to place order online. Could not move from first room to next. In order to move forward, had to place order by phone. Very helpful phone rep; however, the order the technician brought with him had several shortages which did not coincide with the information we shared on the phone. Bobby, the technician was very helpful and worked thru the issues. He also did an excellent job of stretching and repairing carpet. Trying to submit this survey, but "submit" buttom barely visisble at bottom of screen.
