• Comment: Our grout in our kitchen was cleaned, too. After our grout was cleaned in our kitchen, we did not realize the tile floor would be left in such a mess. The next day we got down on our hands and knees to hand wash the floor to fine some grout areas that wasn't as clean as it should had been. So we got on our hands and knees and recleaned some of the grout again. We are disappointed.
