• Comment: These are my ratings for the second service person, Justin Grimes. The first person who came to do the estimate was extremely negative. I appreciate that he thought cleaning would not enhance the appearance of any of my 5 floors--he certainly didn't oversell. After spending an hour or 2 with him doing the estimate, I felt like I was the one trying to be really positive to boost his enthusiam about doing the floor. I called the customer service person and asked specifically for Justin--he had been here before and did a great job. He came out with his "can do" attitude and the floors look great!
