• Comment: Kris Barrett was excellent in character,dress, workmanship, polite and very considerate. If all of your representatives were like Kris you would not have any problems. You are exceedingly expensive. For retired folks on fixed income (most SS) it is very steep. He cleaned all tile and painted the groute. Kris was on time.
  
  We have had our carpets cleaned before. The first time was excellent. The second time the tech left the carpets so wet we could not walk on them for several days. Your service and work depends on good techs . . .. if they are bad your company is bad. If they are good your company is good!!
