• Comment: Plastic was not placed under the legs of the love seat and 3 tables. We put ziplock bags under these pieces of furniture as we did not want the furniture stain to leach into the carpet. My 73 year-old has had a heart attack and 2 by-passes surgeries, the last one in January 2014. He had to lift these heavy pieces of furniture for me to slide in the plastic. Needless to say, this is something he does not need to be doing. A new stain appeared when the carpet dried. It was near a very bad stain the technician got up, so we think the carpet was just very wet in that area. Called to have it re-cleaned and as usual was very pleased with the customer services. Other than these two issues, we are very pleased with the service and have used Dalworth for nearly 30 years.
