• Comment: I have used Dalworth many times to clean my carpets and have been very happy with the results each time. I have noticed, however, that when ordering online you now have to pick the size of the room to be cleaned. I have no idea what the sizes are, especially since I don't move the furniture and cleaning is done around it. Also, I think the way you are doing your specials is confusing. This last time I was doing the 5 rooms for a certain price. After I entered the room size it gave me a total, then the special was subtracted from the total and I ended up with a grand total that was more than the special. That is when I sent an email and questioned it. One of your sales persons helped me with the order and the result was a house of clean carpet and a satisfied customer.
