• Comment: Jenny is one reason I chose to use your service versus another. She was very polite and helpful. I also had had a friend recommend you, Most of the crew were truly outstanding. Dom, Bobby, and Hector were well groomed, polite and efficient and obviously well trained. They took their time and were very careful. As far as I could tell, so was the additional team that came in the afternoon. All were pleasant and courteous.
  My one concern was that I saw the condition of the equipment they used: it was old, taped together, and the wiring was about shot: that is a safety hazard .
  I was very appreciative of your sending one back very promptly yesterday when I discovered one of the AC units was off. ( there is a tricky kill switch)
