Comment: When scheduling apt was offered an earlier apt - could not accommodate Dalworth's request, so scheduled for 9-11am. Confirmed day before for 9-11am. Was then called later that evening to see if I could do earlier apt - still could not. Then morning of, was called to ask if tech could arrive early.... still could not.. Not too much of an issue, but if customer has said no on more than one occasion for your request, chances are the answer is no.
