• Comment: You all are great! Your quick response to needing same-day cleaning and professional, cheerful attitude from every person I interacted with made it a great experience. Unfortunately, the carpet at our new house did not end up looking clean. Since I was not at the house, I don't know if the technician got a lot of dirt out of the carpet it not. But the discoloration from the previous offer is still significant.
  Id like to speak with Adam again to see if he thinks a second attempt at cleaning might be worthwhile.
  Again, everyone at Dalworth has been wonderful and we will use them again in the future.
  PS - since I was not at the house I didn't meet the technician... But I'm sure his appearance was "excellent". Ha ha!
