• Comment: Our technician came to our house with a broken part on his hose which prevented him from plugging it in to our outside water spigot. Considering he just came from another client, it seemed odd that he did not fix this problem before coming to our home. We had to wait for him to leave and go to Home Depot and back to repair the hose. He was on his bluetooth headset talking to someone almost the entire time he was here, even while cleaning the carpets. I felt like he did our Master Bedroom at a rather fast space, especially in the areas where I had pointed out some water stains we were hoping that he would concentrate on. The carpets in the three bedrooms ultimately came out look fine and certainly better than when he showed up. I just felt like it would have been more professional to not be on the phone the whole time and to have fixed the hose problem before coming out. It seems it would be obvious that it was broken beforehand and not something that he suddenly noticed if he had already done carpet cleaning prior to our appt. The price was fair and the cleaning itself came out decent, but it took the Master Bedroom about 8 hours to dry with the ceiling fan on high.
