• Comment: Had I known the technician was not going to vacuum first I would have been more than happy to vacuum.
  
  His demeanor in telling me that he would not be putting my furniture on blocks was quick and abrasive. Talking slower and in a more patient manner would have made it much better. Once I asked several times for an explanation it wasn’t hard to understand. All I wanted to be sure of was that my furniture would not get wet damaging the furniture or/and the carpet.
