- Comment: The technician was sent to my home address instead of my rental house in Grapevine. He was ringing my home doorbell and not receiving any answer, when I received a call from Dalworth on my cell phone. The technician was very pleasant when he arrived at the rental house about 45 minutes later and did an excellent job.
