• Comment: Our service window was between 10 & 12. A lady called to let me know that the technician would be rather late coming closer to 12:30. She called that morning pretty early to let me know this so my husband and I decided to go ahead and run our errands. Well, the tech showed up at a little after 11. Luckily, my husband hadn't left yet so he was there. I wasn't home yet so when my husband called to tell me he was already there, I continued on and did his errands for him. The lady also told me when she called that morning that she would call me when he was on his way which she did not do. When I called to ask her about what happened, she said he had closed out his job before our's early - she apologized that she didn't let us know that he would be way early. My husband asked the tech when he showed up why he was so early and he said they had told him to get right over to our house. This could have been a big problem as we could have not been at home when showed up.
