• Comment: Ours was tile and grout cleaning, not carpet. Everything looked great after the cleaning except that the edges where the tile met the baseboard looked like they had not been cleaned. Before they came back to seal the next day, I had to do wet brush cleaning around the edges which were still dirty and visibly so. That was a disappointment!
