• Comment: Service was to clean and seal shower. Had Brian Marshall remove caulk at base of shower walls as well as clean walls. When handyman tried to caulk shower, he had to use a razor to scrape soap scum off all sides of shower walls and base of shower bench. Purpose of cleaning was to remove shower scum and this was not done. Would not have known that if handyman had not shown it to me.
