• Comment: Very impressed with the appearance and knowledge of all the technicians who have been to my home to date. My area rugs are much brighter and were cared for very well at your off-site facility. Had one issue with the tile steaming process. In the area which technician first cleaned (MBR) upon arrival there appeared to be a left over amount of solution which dried a left a smeared look. It cleaned up nicely when I sponge mopped the area myself & all is well. All in all very pleased with how my tile looks.
