- Comment: Our technicians were 30-45 minutes late because they went to a wrong address ... because phone maps misdirected them. This wasn’t a huge problem for us, because I had a loose schedule that day. They did a great job cleaning our carpets. One tip for the future might be to wipe up the water that accumulated on the tile next to the carpet after cleaning was complete. Otherwise, great job!
