- Comment: My tile is clean in spots and still dirty in other areas. He said it was due to my tile and grout was 7 years old. He was here over 3 1/2 hours he talked more than he cleaned. I was ver disappointed. The soap is still on my tile. I called and they are sending someone out this coming Wednesday.
