• Comment: I am not sure if we had carpet protector applied. I had the premium service done. Even though they were late due to a previous client, someone called me as soon as they realized the technicians were going to be late and apologized for the delay. I think it was about an hour before. I appreciated that. The two technicians were very nice and did an excellent job. The carpets look almost new.
