Comment: The carpet is 22 years old, and I am amazed at how good it looks. I thought I would have to replace it soon, but now I think I will get some more time out of it. I can't say enough good things about the technician. He was very knowledgeable about the carpet and very professional and efficient and my carpet hasn't looked this good in a very long time. Comment: Our technician did an excellent job. The tile and carpet came out great. My only complaint is the laminate flooring I have adjacent to the carpet, along the edge, became too wet from the tile cleaning and now it has appeared to buckle from the moisture. This is very disappointing since I felt I paid a premium to have excellent service. The work done was excellent, however, since there was laminate
adjacent to the tile and carpet more care should have been taken to keep the laminate side dry. When I saw water along the edge during the
process I did put down some towels to prevent the water from reaching the laminate, however , I did not follow the cleaning closely since I was sick and resting. Is there any credit you can issue so I can call my flooring company and have the laminate replace along these borders?

Comment: I have been in my house for twenty years, but we have always used Stanley Steamer. Now that we have Harold Grimes you have a new customer. He is knowledgeable and professional. What I like the most about him is that he respected my home. He always checked on the door which was great. In the pass I have had many contractors in my home and they treat your home like an investment property. Mr. Grimes is truly a respectable man

I have used you several times, all with good results. This time, the technician Sam, was on time, polite, personable and very conscientious. I will request him next time as he made a lasting impression.

Richard was very friendly and informative on several subjects of carpet care. We had great conversation the entire time he was working diligently cleaning my carpets.
