• Comment: Two techs came, one of them was a little rude, I had to ask them to go over several spots again to get them up, had to ask them to put plastic protectors under to wood legs of furniture, moved furniture and didn’t get it back in place, had to ask them to use guards around corners of walls and furniture to protect scrapes from the hoses, carpet and furniture were soaking wet. It’s been 30 hours since they left and some areas are still wet. I’ve had much better techs in the past and some that were worse.
