• Comment: The technician warned us that our red pet food spots and high-traffic areas might not clean up well. He was right! Some of the spots even looked darker after your cleaning. He did recommend a mild bleach because our carpets are a light, berber-mix fiber. We did that and everything looks really good! The areas that were not spotty cleaned quite nicely--they feel very clean and soft to our bare feet. Wish we had done this a few years earlier!
