• Comment: There is a high-traffic area (about 2 feet x 2 feet) coming out of our kitchen that is darker than the rest of the surrounding carpet, but the tech said that was due to normal wear and tear. Also, there were some spots under the couch where the recliners left grease residue that did not come out. I know we have 30 days to get spots re-treated, but I'm not sure if those areas qualify. Everything else looks pretty good.
